Flank Steak Stewers-
This one is simple, low-fat, and great tasting!
Did I mention easy?
1 Flank Steak - still partially frozen
1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
1/2 cup Beer
1 tsp. Powdered Ginger
1/2 tsp. Pepper (fresh cracked)
2 tbs. Honey
Slice flank steak at a 45 degree angle very thin.
Marinade in the other ingredients. Skewer loosely
and grill quickly over high heat.
Serve over brown rice.
